R. Paul Wilms, Director of Government Affairs - Responsibilities include oversight of NCHBA’s Government Affairs programs and representing the interests of NCHBA members in the General Assembly.

Lisa D. Martin, Director of Regulatory Affairs – Responsibilities include representing the interests of NCHBA members before State regulatory boards and commissions and in the General Assembly.

Jessica Boyce Hayes, Director of Political Affairs – Responsibilities include managing NCHBA’s BUILD-PAC fundraising program, grass-roots lobbying efforts, and representing the interests of NCHBA in the General Assembly.

Robert Privott, Director of Codes and Construction – Responsibilities include providing consultative services to NCHBA members on building codes, inspections, and material defect issues and representing the interests of NCHBA members before the Building Code Council, the Code Officials Qualification Board, and in the General Assembly.
